Table requests are open!      <— That’s a link to the form.

Tables (or table spaces) will be granted for a donation of $70 for each space (send no money until you are invoiced!), up to three tables or table spaces. If you need more than three spaces (that is 24’ of space!), let’s talk! There’s a spot on the form for that.

Your $70 donation gets you a table, a tablecloth and a reasonable amount of power. For unreasonable amounts of power, there’s an option on the form for that, too.

You can also elect to delete the table and receive an 8’ open space in a table pod. This accomodates those who are bringing racks, rolling displays, mainframes, etc.

The form will remain open until Friday, at 19:00 CDT on Friday, July 11th, 2025. At that time we will close the form and assess our numbers. If we have more requests than we have tables (almost a certainty), then we’ll start figuring out how to fit everyone in. In the weeks after the form closes, expect to hear from us with either:

  • An invoice - this means your table request was accepted as-is and we would like you to pay for the reservation. Once paid, you are locked in!
  • An email asking you to reevalutate your space needs so that we can fit in as many exhibits as possible.
  • An email letting you know that you are on the standby list for a table(s) and a request to let us know whether you are still interested in tabling with us.

    With the possible exception of large or unusual space or power requests, you will not hear from us before July 12th!
